great goals!! I do not think those goals are unrealustic. 1) get an audio cd for language and listenon way to work 2) try mindfulness exercise I have a book called the success principles..it's really cool. well good luck

My dr is actually very good...just didn't seem to get what to take me onand off. I wanted to take Wellbutrin but I have a history of seizures, boo. He even tried me on topamax to stop binge eating but it didn't work. I'm hopingto get off meds this year.. in the meantime do I throw out all mycute clothes I MIGHT fit in?!

LOL. I have the tendency to want crunchy stuff after drinking too..no hubby to carch me though! I am plannin on smirnoff ice lught..80 cals each...but takes me a long ti mm e to feel it! Haha

I think I have IBS, so I started taking Acidophilous (NO idea how to spell that).. it is really helpful for normal bowel movements and bloating. Try it! Ohhh boy. Here is my story: I am 5'5" Anorexic and very sick 5lbs higher than my LW of 90lbs. I do not wish that upon anyone!!! Recovered 135ish (IDEAL!) Creeping up at Uni around 160ish My worst pic ever- creeping towards 190 I bet but didn't weigh then Me recently between 178-181 Can't wait to lose this the healthy way!!!

My go-to meal is: veggie chickN strips fried in olive oil on top of a ceasar salad! Even if I eat all the chickN strips it is 250 for them. Then you can make your salad as lite as you want. I'm so lazy. LOL.

1400-1500 calories is GREAT! Especially if you are exercising too! Where do you work? BOO on the weekends! (At least mine are through the week! lol)

You would THINK it would be when I stepped on the scale and saw my highest weight....but instead I said F trying and went and ate poutine. lol. The last straw has been a series of seeing photos that look horrendous, bigger pant size etc.
