I'm with you there! i keep it in the mornings latest 12 or 1to start and have gone from doing nothing but house work to adding new exercises in daily and making them longer each time i just have so much energy i am loving it

hi i find just cheap cordial you mix with water takes up a little like 15 calories or a English breakfast tea with a little milk takes up like 25 or something but really great way to fill up

hi yes you are very correct i used to be able to do most of the poses in yoga but now if i even attempt them i can and usually do pop out a joint hip knees shoulders and sometimes it effects my back, i have to be very careful of not just ripping muscles but dislocating my joints which they tend to do regularly.

I'm 196 but really unfit lol, i am on day 3 now of JM 30 DS an am sore but i think it will be totally worth it stick with it if it hurts it has to be working right?? i sweat up a storm. if i can do it so can you all it takes is determination and someone believing in you and i believe in you :) we can do this
