Insert Title Here

I have a headache among headaches right now, but I need to do this. I've been off and on this site for a month or so, mainly because I'm lazy and easily distracted. But I really need to get myself in gear because I'm 22 at 180lbs (standing at 5'4), which isn't horrible but its simply not ideal.

So yeah, hopefully this sticks. My main problem is probably the drinks (because they take up calories), my lack of eating in the morning (because I'm usually too tired/get up to late to do so), my lack of exercise (laziness), and my overall not wanting to move outside of work.

For whoever looks at this...what tea would you recommend? Because I'm interested in trying Celestial Seasoning's teas...but not sure if I'd like it. Nothing really strong, but just something that tastes sweet. I figure if I exchange drinks with a mix of tea here/water there that I might be able to step away from the excess caffeine.

If this makes no sense blame the random headache.

hi i find just cheap cordial you mix with water takes up a little like 15 calories or a English breakfast tea with a little milk takes up like 25 or something but really great way to fill up

I love Celestial Seasoning's teas! My fave has to be cinnamon apple spice. Delish!

I'm guessing a little at the overall topic here. Breaking a habit of caffeinated fizzy drinks?

During the times I quit sodas to break a caffeine dependency, I went to these sweet alternatives:
    peppermint tea
    peach tea
Perrier with a splash of apple juice or cranberry juice

Not much can be done to prevent caffeine withdrawal headaches, though, nor the crash that comes with them. Just start on a long weekend and plan to sleep a lot.
