I have no degrees in anything but changing old habits are hard. So when you are sad allow yourself to be. Do something other than eat. I have been using a journal to record my thoughts and feelings during this process and it has been helpful. Try the journal thing, if you like and see how you feel afterward.

In the weight loss journey, your best bet is to be the hare.......maybe slower pace but you get there! Congrats on an amazing job.

Logging meals have made me conscious and accountable for everything that goes in mouth. It is time consuming but I see that it will help me. Don't give up on yourself, you are worth it!

I have Leslie as back up now. But lost 20 PDS a few years back doing Leslie 2 mile or 4 in the morning depending on my time and 2 mile in evening. Its a sweaty workout. Loved it!

Count me in the 100 to lose club. I am calling this "My Journey" because it took 25 years to get to this weight. Not sure how long it will take to make all the necessary changes to be a smaller version of me but I will chip away day by day at that 100 pounds.:smile:
