Valuable lesson learned...........

When going to restaurants, I normally check the menu out before and get my calories set. Today, I went to a really nice seafood restaurant that served Shrimp and Andouille Sausage Mac and Cheese. After eating half the meal, I stopped to log in the calories and shazzam.....can't find the calorie count anywhere. So I am left to try to put together some of the ingredients of the meal to get a caloric value. I am so frustrated:sad: ......but its my fault that I didn't stay in the present. So......... don't let it happen to you. Off to try to burn some of whatever I ate off.

That sounds like about a billion calories.
But you are absolutely right , it's so much easier to look things up and plan ahead rather than try to make up for it later.0 -
It does sound very high but oh, so delicious!
I saw something on Good Morning America the other day about mac and cheese at a restaurant that was 1800 calories! Not to depress you or anything
. If you enjoyed it, then log it, forget it and move on! 0 -
