Does it matter if I switch the rest day? I would rather take Sundays off instead of weds, so I was thinking I would just move the Sunday workouts into the weds. slot...does that matter at all?

I read a thing the other day that said it takes 4 weeks for you body to start changing, 8 weeks for you to notice, and 12 weeks for the world to notice. I thought it was kind of cool and a good thing to remember! 12 pounds is a great accomplishment! Keep up the good work and you will notice the changes soon enough!
