  • Hey Ohiogirl! I hate them too and usually do them and the end of my workout for about 15 minutes. I believe it’s a necessary evil. Well glad you asked, I started a workout plan that I’m working on now to get lean and cut. It’s nothing hardcore and can easily been done in 45 minutes. I don’t spend a lot of time in the gym.…
