Hello everyone!! Well I weigh about 200lbs and my BMI says I’m obese, but I’m not. Anyway I’ve been lifting for 3 years and drop 25 pounds during this whole process. I’m taking MMA classes and hope to compete in a Jiu-Jitsu tournament soon, amateur. I want to drop 15-18 pounds and get around 186. I lift 3 days out of the week and run at least twice. I go to my MMA classes 3 days out of the week. My diet is going to consist of mostly protein and little carbs. I will gradually cut my carbs out throughout my diet. I plan on losing 1-2 pounds a week on average. I have some good exercises for muscle mass gaining if anyone’s interested. Good luck everyone. 33/M/ Texas!

What about some good strength training exercises? I love the way weight lifting and strength training makes me feel. I HATE nautilus machines but am clueless on what to do on my own. Any suggestions on lifting to get lean…. Does that sound crazy??0

Hey Ohiogirl! I hate them too and usually do them and the end of my workout for about 15 minutes. I believe it’s a necessary evil. Well glad you asked, I started a workout plan that I’m working on now to get lean and cut. It’s nothing hardcore and can easily been done in 45 minutes. I don’t spend a lot of time in the gym. I have an Excel spreadsheet I can send to you and you can plug in your numbers if you like? The workout is a HIT (High Intensity Training).0
