Think your logic through. If you are adding 600-700 calories a day and also adding 2+ hours of exercise, you're really not making a difference. You'll still be running on close 600 calories a day, or less, depending on how hard you exercise.

Glute Bridges have changed my life. My booty was never sore after lunges, deadlifts, squats but YIKES! Those glute bridges (did them with a 60lb. barbell) killed me!

Also keep in mind your body and hormonal changes. If you're running on 1200kcal per day for several days, your body is going to notice that deficit and want/need more calories. Listen to your body. You're gonna do awesome! Eat what you want but keep your calories controlled. And like others have said, you can eat whatever you want - but "clean" foods will keep you full and make it significantly easier to keep your calories in check!

I'm same height and weight and my toes come up too! I just accept it for what it is! The squats have been working, as far as I can tell...a** is looking good! At least compared to what it used to be.
