I'm a little confused, the usual complaint about the barcode scanner is that the information it brings up doesn't match the label. Are you intending to amend the entries to something other than what the label of the product says?

OK, so 4 weeks ago you were despairing, and posted saying you were only eating at a little bit of a deficit. When you posted then, you'd been tracking calories for 38 days. You got some REALLY good advice, and you took that advice on board, accepting that you were eating at maintenance. SO it's only been 4 weeks since you…

My poor husband. I asked if he wanted to join me for a walk today and he said yes. I picked a nice walk, not a hike or anything extreme, that I've been wanting to do. 13km (8 miles) later, and he's undoubtably cursing my name, though he's saying he enjoyed it haha.

I have lost and gained a large amount of weight a few times and the running joke has always been that when I gain, my boobs grow, but when I lose, they don't and I just keep getting more Manga. However, this time? Major shrinkage. Multiple cup sizes. I'm not mad about it, it makes things fit better and easier to buy. But I…

Did you hear that there was a massive fire at the Temu warehouse? 48,000 square feet of merchandise was destroyed, the loss has been valued at upwards of $58!

Not without the removal of some organs or part of a limb!

LOL I've been there. It's hideous. I believe they used to weigh bigger people as they came in and if you were over a certain weight (350lb maybe?), you also ate free.

We don't have added sugar on our labels, and Australian labels are already net carbs - fibre is listed completely separately rather than as a subset of carbs. Honestly, the only think that makes me think it's not a by-country thing is that they've been so useless at any other type of differentiation with the database etc…

I'm finally feeling better, norovirus is no joke!! It's 102f here today, so I got up at 6:30, walked the puppy (we played fetch on the local school oval, he's such a fast learner!!), and I've baked a zucchini loaf, made a big crock of sauerkraut, cleaned the kitchen, and now feel justified in closing up the house and…

I just pulled up that same entry Ann, and I don't have the added sugar, net carbs or sugar alcohol fields. I'm in Australia, and not on Premium, so maybe it's a premium feature and not location based. This is the most tempted I've been to try my free trial of Premium haha.

You can suggest it in the suggestions area, but you will just be adding yet another thread suggesting it to the many that are already there and will get the same canned "That's a great idea! We will pass it to our developers for consideration in a future update!" response from staff that they've been posting for literally…

Good for you for going to get some answers, that can be scary! I'm glad your doctor is referring you off, having support can be so helpful. You're here, we're here, and the path is clear, though bumpy!

This thread reminded me that I've been meaning to start doing a few sets of squats a day. I did them yesterday, goblet squats, 3x15 and was like "eh, I'll need to add some weight" and then this morning I'm sore haha. Thanks for the reminder!!

You say 'more', so you have already lost weight? How much? doing what? What's your age, height, current weight?

To be fair, it's a 2 way street, and an uneven one at that. MFP is a largely free app owned by a private equity firm. Amazfit is owned by a publicly listed worldwide corporation. If there's delay in partnering, it's far more likely to be on Amazfit's side.

PW: 92.5kg CW: 92kg Definitely didn't get a loss the right way this week, but there it is! Finally feeling a bit better, I managed to walk the dogs this morning. I'm sooooo tired though. I'm back at work (from home) but I might have to sneak in a nap.

For me, I had to take it off the optional list. There's things in my life I do because I have to, and things I do because I want to/have capacity to do so. In the first basket are work, laundry, cleaning the kitty litter tray, feeding the pets, buying toilet paper, showering etc. In the second are recreational things, self…

Thank you! Really nasty case of gastro, I'm still pretty knocked about. My husband got it too, but luckily had the good anti-nausea meds from the hospital by then, so he took them and staved off the worst of it. I feel like I've done 500 sit ups though and I wish the dizziness would pass!!

I've always been concerned about my weight, I just generally couldn't find the right motivation or determination to do something about it. Recently my life started going to hell, and finally getting healthy and mobile was an oasis of control and victory in a sea of chaos.

We do, but very low key, really only between couples. There's none of the school celebrations or making valentines for your class, or any kind of celebrations at work or with friends etc, no big displays etc. Stores will have cards for sale and special chocolates, flowers and all, but definitely nothing on the scale of…

Oh look, the MLM shill who claims to be a nutritionist and trainer in training.

That is so freakin cool!!!

Thank you! Still stressful here, unfortunately. It's not really a situation that has an easy answer or a swift resolution, sadly. But I'm muddling through and trying to prioritise my own health and wellbeing.

If they have access to your diary, they can copy over the diary entry for the recipe so that the nutritional information is entered into their diary, but there's no way to share the actual recipe itself.

PW: 94.4 CW: 92.5 I'm back, baby!! I knew a lot of it was bloat, I'm like a water balloon when I over eat.

I have never, ever understood the attraction of Oreos, Twinkies or anything else of their ilk, and I'm a binging sugar fiend. It's like they've been designed to kind of replicate food but have missed the brief. Weird taste, weird texture and they coat the inside of my mouth like I'd eaten wax.
