  • Early Breakfast after a workout: 1 cup of ISOflex whey protein w/half a banana (shake) Breakfast: Bowl of Keloggs Vector w/skim milk and Coffee or Greekyogurt w/ berries and walnuts and Coffee I always try to have a light breakfast (that's just me though) :)
