Eat them as snacks? I find frozen grapes are amazing. I also tried putting frozen fruit with a regular glass of water which make it taste flavoured, it was really nice and refreshing!

Okay I'm getting it so far, but how do I lower my body percentage? What's best to eat and what isn't? I'm off this morning to do my workout! How do I make this more fun without it feeling like a mission when I do it?

I will look into that! And hey! I am being very sensible! I keep my fluids up, I eat A LOT of fruit and veg! I know what I am doing! I have to stay healthy because I'm at university and I DO NOT want to mess that up! I am not stupid!

A bit of both! If i haven't eaten much, i know a binge would be coming but sometimes my whole body caries me to the food and i'm stuffing my face before i can even stop :/

I will try the frozen veggies! I have some currently that I need to eat and i love them! When I binge, I know I am but I find it so hard to stop. It's like my whole body takes over and I can't control it :/

Tea is the best! I now tend to drink 1 in the morning and then an evening tea by pg tips in the evening to help me sleep! But I'm very tired by this point these days! Well I've had 61 and was meant to have 45 which is -16 difference? Why is it bad for you? I'm trying to get to grips with all of this balance with carbs, fats, iron, protein etc
