I'm 5"4' am 23 and I weigh 128. My diary is set at 1680. 1200 is ridiculous to me, I personally can't live off that. I exercise every day but don't always eat all my calories back.

Couscous, Textured vegetable protein, and quinoa are pretty cheap if you have a whole foods store near you. I mix them with everything and they fill me up! I wouldn't worry too much. I always go over my sugar as the daily amt MFP allows us is ridiculous and really hard to achieve. There is sugar in everything. Good morning! I've only seen calorie goal changes daily if the member has exercised or burned off extra calories with an activity. MFP will automatically adjust your calories for that day.

Ramen is obviously not the healthiest, but as long as you are aware of you portion sizes, my family cooks up a pretty cheap meal with it.
