This was what my kids went through this past week with me - After Episode 14 when it ended they asked if we could watch Season 2. I said that's it - Fox stopped it and said they didn't think enough people would like it. Then the kids ranted and griped for about 5 minutes asking why i made them start if there was not going…

Why am I reminded of the 1976 song by Larry Groce: "Junk Food Junkie"

Curious, are you never able to have a crap food - whether a rest day, 8 hours before your next workout, or ever, ever, ever because you know you will feel differently the next time you do get to a work out?

I'm curious about this. I thought (for good health) it wasn't safe to have too high of a calorie deficit?

the "non-clean" eater is still eating healthy - macros/micros. They ain't livin off of donuts alone.

I'm confused - if clean eating has nothing to do with macro nutrients why are you telling us the macro nutrient of a "clean food"

So, If I understand what you are saying; A hypothetical question was asked and your answers to these hypothetical questions are you cannot think hypothetically.

Actually, I do worse on diets that restrict what I can eat because I start craving those foods more. It doesn't matter how full I am. Also, as a stress-eater I have an exceptionally hard time with being told not to eat a specific food type and tend to binge on them and undo everything I gained to begin with. What people…

I get people lose differently.... but, how does this study answer the original question about clean eating vs non-clean eating. I would make the assumption that this would just mean the original question would assume that both people had the "thrifty" phenotype?
-
If all things could be completely equal between two people (including micros and macros) and in every way possible (body measurements, health, mind, fitness, etc.) except the source of food, I would say they would lose exactly the same at the same rate. Hitting micros and macros, to me, means a healthy diet. And there is…

People do tend to be abrasive with their views. Meaning, they do not do a great job explaining - just stating. They tend to come back with folks who post bad advice even more abrasive. Take it as a way to learn more, research it, ask about their answer, if you have studies that prove your point (credible studies), then…
