Mine: 1 banana 1 tbsp peanut butter (I used Jif reduced fat) 1 scoop Gaspari vanilla protein 10 oz milk (I use almond milk) 3 ice cubes Blend and vioila! :)

I didn't ask for any negativity in regards to this post... These are things that I personally struggle with, whether you do or not. The fact is, with my weight, these probems ARE NOT going anywhere... therefore, they made it on my list because I DO STRUGGLE WITH THESE. I thought this was a place for support? Not…
