A cruddy day every now and then, don't worry. We've all wobbled at some point. Accept that it happened and be better today. A couple of months of being 'good' you know what, have that pizza/burger/nachos/beer/chocolate cake/curry/fry-up, whatever you fancy and enjoy it. Look at is as one 'bad' day and 69 'good' days.

Fresh soft warm bread...butter...heaven. Half a loaf gone before you know it. So in the freezer it goes, a couple of slices a day and that is it. It seems any slice is between 80-130 calories, so just go for you you like but don't over do it.

Cycling rather than driving to the squash court. And back. Only a round trip of 20 minutes, but 20 minutes more than I could have a few months back.

I used to wear shorts over the cozzie when swimming; then the shorts got too small or I got too big for them. Today they were too loose to be worn.
