Holy cow what a list! :love: I personally have really been rocking out to the Matt and Kim album Lightning. About 85% of the album is perfect for running or whatever you want, especially the first song (the single) Let's Go. I use the other couple slow songs for a cool down. Also love the new Passion Pit single Took a Walk.

Wow, so many Missourians! I'm from a smaller town about 70 miles south of STL. I'm always running late, so my choice is usually a hard boiled egg and a low sodium v8 to take along. A cold hard boiled egg can sometimes be hard to eat alone, but I think the v8 helps it go down a lot better, plus veggies!
