I just started reading this book and it is great. It talks about your thoughts and how you can attract everything you want by positive thoughts. Thinking,believing, and receiving. Has anyone read this then applied what they learned to weight loss?

Okay Sunkizzed......I have 2 kids and work full-time also. I use to be just like you!!! As far as eating the stuff we aren't suppose to, I just tell myself "I will eat this again,but not right now" And for exercising, I take my kids to the rec center with me. While I walk for 30 mins to an hour,they play on the playground.…

I am so excited for you. My goal is to fit into a size 8 as well. I tried on some tens this weekend, I got them on but not exactly the comfort I was looking for. I think another 5-10 and I will be in a 10, too!! Congratulations, again.

I don't think you did too much damage. The thing is you are consious about it and have already nipped it in the bud. I 2 days you'll be checking in with saying you lost the amount you gained plus another couple pounds.:smile:

I love the Biggest Loser also. I think trying those pounds on again would be good motivation and a reminder that you don't want to go there again. I saw a man jogging at the local rec center the other day with weight in a back pack. He said he had 65lbs on his back.

It was 10 lbs for me. I went into the bank I use to work at and my old co-workers noticed right away. I am going to keep using the drive-thrue then in another 10lbs go inside the lobby and see there reactions again. It is a great feeling when all your hard work is starting to show off!! I quit drinking soda. I was addicted to Pepsi. My stomach feels so much better now. I only drink Water and occasionally Crystal Light. I have learned a few new things about water.....ofcourse drink atleast 64 ounces per day but it is recommended to drink an extra glass of water for every 25 lbs over weight that you are.…

I am finally in a good place and starting to lose. I agree, do your measurements.....on those weeks that you don't lose...it is great to go back and see how many inches you have lost. That will keep you movtivated and feeling good. Good Luck to everyone!!
