Completely forgot to say the reason I have also gained weight is because I have started night shifts and really can't seem to get into a routine with it as I have children to look after during the day.

I'm 5ft 4 I got down to 140 from 210 last year but have sadly put on so I'm now 160 and trying to get back to last year's weight

Thanks for all your replies. The last few days I've started taking fruit with me to work which seems to be helping with the sugar cravings. Not completely but it is helping. I'm also going to try eating low carb as I've noticed my tiredness gets worse when I eat carbs. I try to get my children to watch a film or something…

Hi nice to meet you! I feel lazy reading all that lol. I find my time is used up the rest of the day running around after the children and doing the never ending school runs. I don't drive so walk a lot which will hopefully help. I'm dreading the lack of sleep the most lol.
