Hi all how are you? I currently work 3 nights a week (8pm-8am) as a care assistant. I get up with the children at 7am the day before and only get 2 hrs sleep after my shift as I have to get my youngest from nursery. Because of this I tend to stick to normal daytime meals. Hi just wondering if anyone is taking part in the shine night walk? I've signed up for the marathon and have been averaging between 4 and 6miles training a day by having to get up at 5am before the children get up. How are all you fellow shiners doing?

getting fat again :(
Feel like such a failure my weight is creeping back up and my bad habits are coming back! I'm finding it so hard to snap out of this self destructive mood and get back on track! Other parts of my life took over and I'm ruining all my hard work! has anyone else been here and what did you do to get back on track?
