So before I get all negative on a plus note this time last week I completed a marathon overnight walk of 26.2 miles. My feet are still suffering but can't belive I did it.
So now to my problem. I went from 15stone to 9.5stone when I first started here over about a year and a half. I was so happy feeling great ect but in typical diet only weightloss I have gone back up to 12.5stone. I'm so angry with myself as I was so focused and dedicated to sticking to my no more than 1200 cals a day then I just sort of lost interest. I need to sort myself out but think this time I need to start doing exercise too (not just walking) I've been to look round local gym which I think I may be able to afford if I can convince my partner of it. Or at least maybe afford once I finish my driving lessons.
So was just wondering if anyone had any other tips for getting back on the wagon?

Completely forgot to say the reason I have also gained weight is because I have started night shifts and really can't seem to get into a routine with it as I have children to look after during the day.0

Find a reasonable calorie goal that doesn't seem like extreme dieting and that may help with the yo-yo. you learned how to diet, you didn't learn how to maintain. what calorie goal does MFP give you if you set it to lose 1 pound a week?0
