I drink a lot of water. Should I be eating something before I start working out? I wake up and start working within 20 minutes.

MOAR.

No, no rest days. :l

Awesome! I just went to Denny's for the first time since starting my weight loss journey and I got something healthy, too! (:
-
You're a huge inspiration! Same starting weight. I hope to have the same success in 2013. (:

Always friendly. (:

I'm not a nutritionalist but it looks like you eat a lot of unhealthy foods that happen to fall under your calories. Everyone's body is different, but I would try to eat more whole foods. I stall a lot when eat a lot of processed foods. Make your oatmeal fresh, try to eat out less, etc. It helped me.

How far under your calories? Mind opening up your diary?
-
Calories matter. I used to underestimate my calories a lot of the time.

L1D4. I've noticed that I look a bit more toned but it's too early to tell.
-
I'm 21 and around 218 lbs. Hoping to get down to 140 as my ultimate goal weight.
-
I'm on L1D4 right now but I plan on doing ripped in 30 after I finish then maybe Insanity if I feel like I'm ready. (:

Rice and black beans. I'm boring.
-
That happens to me sometimes, so I use those calories for something fatty and yummy like peanut butter or almonds. Takes only a few seconds to eat.

30 Day Shred. (:

There's way too many foods to have a table of them. I think the search system is pretty useful. My meals are usually pretty simple with 2-4 components. Like brown rice and black beans, or tofu stir fry with broccoli or something like that. *shrug*

I bought some a while ago. I have some in almond milk with a little bit of chocolate syrup when I'm craving something sweet. It's a weird texture but I like it. (:

I've been vegetarian for eight years now. I eat mostly vegan, though. Good luck! (:
-
I'm one of those people, too. Haha. Fresh starts are awesome. (:

I get out of work at midnight and I have a cold. May just go home and take a few shots and hang out. (:
-
I started at 225 and I am down to 219 after a few weeks on MFP. I'd love some friends with open food diaries. (:

I would pay attention to what your body is telling you. Try to eat healthy foods, and maybe small portions of 'comfort foods'. If you are hungry eat because your body may need the extra energy. (:
-
I think the food tracker allows you to track the juice and pickle separately. Interesting question.

Taco Bell. ):

Thanks! (:

Thanks for the suggestions. I'm vegetarian, also.
-
That sounds pretty awesome. Thanks for the tip! Do you have any suggestions for the protein powder?
-
Do you use pancake mix? I'd love a recipe if you have one. (:

Yep. It's a non-scale victory.
