  • I did ripped in 30 previous to BR (I'm currently on week 5) and I've seen better results doing this workout. I don't follow the diet, so I probably would have an even better testimonial if I did, lol.

  • This looks awesome. I have signed up to try it. I am also currently doing Jillian Michaels Body Revolution but I would love to have an extra challenge. My husband is behind me telling me I'm crazy (in a joking sort of way) and he's probably right, lol. But I've only got one life to live and I want it to be my best!

  • Yes! I have to get it done in the morning or I will not have the motivation. I usually will do it after dropping my older two at school and then putting the baby down for a nap. If hubby joins me, we will do it around 8 when the kids get ready for bed.

  • Ugh.... I'm so bad about getting my water in. I usually drink 6 but some days it's more, more often its less! :embarassed: still working on getting the right amount in. I have a huge 30 oz cup so realistically I only need about two of them but I'm such a slacker.
