Add MORE veggies would be my first thought and I would also say add more fat. Beyond that I think it looks good.

I made it exactly the same as the recipe.I only used 180ml of coconut milk and I added in more salt than called for as well as dried chillies and cumin. Btw,if I ate a kale and cabbage salad,I wouldn't be able to walk from cramps..as much as I love kale,it does not love me and the 2 together would be a double whammy effect.It's a lot of roughage.

Thanks for your feedback. I am going to play around with more carbs during workouts and see if it helps. I know that I will probably have to up my carbs but I don't want to do much of that until I am out of the woods where cravings are concerned.

One aspect about the whole 30 is not logging calories..it is meant to teach you how to listen to your body and eat according to your needs.
