Every time I'm feeling tired or sluggish I just remember how good I'll feel after that workout... and if I'm in the craving mood- usually I'm just craving crunching on something.. I'm starting to keep things like baby carrots or celery at home for that.

Honestly probably naked. When I have clothes on I feel them on me and I never like any clothes I wear. I feel like I look bigger.

I have DDP yoga. I'm trying to get back into it but it does work. My brother in law lost 10 lbs and ithelped a lot of his back issues it about a month. I'm just trying to get off my butt to do it. I think yoga has so many more benefits and realized. DDP yoga is almost a cardio yoga.

Maybe I should ramp up to 1500 then. I'm not really working out much right now. Been trying to find time to go check out a gym but been working like crazy.

That's what MFP recommended. I'm pretty new at trying all of this so if that's too low I can try to go up to 1500 or whatever

Thank you guys, I appreciate the encouragement. I wish I could try to swim, the pool at my gym is kind of nasty :X I'll check to see if there are any other ones around me or something. I will try to ignore the scale, it's just hard to!

I was planning on trying to get into my dr tomorrow for it. I don't want to make it worse than it is.
