It's almost certainly more than 200 calories burned, depending on your weight and pace, and - assuming you didn't call walking around Disney your baseline activity level based on your work - above the baseline you gave MFP. If you find that minuscule, that's you're prerogative.
-
Because you don't believe you're burning calories above what you'd burn sitting on the couch, or. . .?

Coffee Peanut butter, if not every day, then 5 days out of any given 7.

There's also Convict Conditioning: https://www.youtube.com/user/ConvictConditioning Book available, but optional.

I know, right? Why are we even paying for membership to this site if they don't. . . oh.

Excess sugar generally only gets converted to fat if you're in a caloric surplus.

I had a tough cough last night; I thought I'd be up throughout the night, or bent over a trough at the very least. I ploughed through it, though.

Fail to see anything in there to indicate that drinking too much water is 'hogwash,' and in fact see a specific reference to hyponatremia. I also fail to see any actual science behind his 'uber simple hydration formula.'
-
How is this hogwash, please? Look up "water intoxication." http://www.scientificamerican.com/article/strange-but-true-drinking-too-much-water-can-kill/

"You can't really expect to lose weight if you're still eating _____, can you?" where _____ is the latest food demon to crop up on social media or Dr. Oz.

Cauliflower tastes like someone attacked a poor, innocent broccoli stalk with bleach, to me. Brussels sprouts taste exactly like they smell. This is not a good thing.

Why?

This just in: The Surgeon General has determined that scientists cause cancer in laboratory rats.

His behavior is a reflection on him. It is not a reflection on you, or on other guys. Don't give his behavior more authority than it already carries. He's a dipstick; not everyone is.

I'm giving up self-deprivation.

Sounds like someone who has a really, really hard time with the idea that someone could say 'no' to him about anything. You were turning down a piece of chocolate, and he reacted like you were turning him down for a date (and he was in 8th grade).

Any particular reason to restrict it to "once or twice a month" from a nutrition standpoint?

General consensus on the boards is that heart rate monitors do a poor job at guesstimating calorie burn on weight training, compared to the steady-state aerobic activity for which they're generally better suited. Weight training doesn't, typically, burn a whole lot of calories. That said, if you're on a bulk to begin with,…

With only 7 pounds to lose, according to your ticker, a pound a week is not 'very slow;' it's arguably faster than many around here would recommend as a sustainable loss, as weight tends to come off more slowly, the closer you get to goal weight.

Just a tad,

This is an untruth. I'm particularly curious how the protein would be turned into carbs.

So should I count sitting still in 90 degree heat? I promise I can work up a sweat doing it. Should I never count time spent on the Gazelle unless it's over 75 degrees out? I practically never sweat on that thing, unless the temperature in the room is high enough. . . .
-
Care to explain why?

Most folks find that MFP's baseline protein recommendations are pretty low, compared to typical recommendations from other sources. Also, note that fat content in food is strongly associated with its satiety, so that being 'always low on' fat is probably a direct cause for why you're feeling hungry.

I've had maybe nine or ten cheat days since I joined, either on my birthday or during vacation time, mostly. If I can access the internet, I log them.

I'd love to see the studies showing that coffee creates a flabby midsection, personally. . . particularly when compared to (apparently) caffeinated tea.

1 pound/week is a generally healthy rate of loss, and weight loss is neither a linear progression nor a race. Most folks employing a healthy weight loss strategy find that, after an initial 'surge' of water weight loss, their rate of loss tapers off a bit. It took time to put on extra weight; allow your body time to lose…

On that small amount of calories, I hope you're also eating back the calories earned from your exercise.

There's nothing wrong with sugar unless you have a pre-existing condition where it's contraindicated (or you have no access to a toothbrush, I guess  ).

Once upon a time, Starbucks et al had protein powder as an optional extra for their lattes and such. I haven't checked for a while to see if that's still the case. If you're this committed to your lattes (and I don't blame you for that one bit), please consider investigating this option so your latte can come with some…
