I'm 5'6" and I was 87lbs, so it's safe to say that I have no nostalgia at all for my high school weight. I'd FAR rather be a bit heavy than ill.

I'm 5'6" and while I didn't look oddly skinny at 130-135, I look, feel, and maintain best at closer to 150. I found that if I tried to stay at 130 I couldn't have any flexibility/easing-off in my diet or exercise routines and that just didn't feel realistic.

Falafel. I thought just falafel, no pita, was a super healthy choice. It is crazy high in calories though!

I graduate in May, and won't have seen my family since December. I'm pretty excited to walk across that stage 30lbs lighter!

I've been GF for about a year and while my diet isn't perfect as far as health, I have become pretty proficient in when I can and cannot eat. Please feel free to friend me!

I have been GF for about a year because of Celiac disease. I'm becoming pretty knowledgable, and my mom is a real expert at this point. I'd love to help where I can!

You look awesome! My goal is 10lbs above that, but I'm same height/starting weight. I've found it's what I can maintain, but I really admire all the hard work!!
