I'm the same way. I absolutely hate how I look in most clothes. I'm short and I have wide hip bones, short torso and a full hip anyways= adds 10lbs if not more >.<
-
looking good! :) how did you do the 'bulking'? for how long?
-
cottage cheese deffinitely! I never liked it before. and this chocolate protein pudding is deffinitely a favorite of mine! so delicious <3 what else.. basmati rice. love it. yeah it's white, so what x) aand these fruits and nuts bars are enjoyable too :3
-
all that sounds good! great success :)
-
great to hear :) keep it up!
-
do go to the gym, you'll learn to love it ;) I'm 5'3'' and I eat from 1550 to 1950 depending on the level of activity of the day :P I also have a pretty sedentary job!
-
yeah! :) I love Half life, Deus Ex.. well anything you get to explore the place and shoot stuff :D haha.. Borderlands is cool too :) I like to play as single player though, multiplayers are not my favorite.. though yeah I've played some call of duties and battlefields.. mostly fun with a group of friends. I have a PS3 too,…

you look great already! :)

it would be a good idea to bring the calories up little by little, like 200cals more, and then after a few weeks or something add 200 again until you are at your maintenance level. going 800 cals up all of a sudden sounds a bit too much :)
-
yes that is very common during TOM :) so ditch the scale and tape for that time
-
great progress :) your tummy looks a lot more 'toned' and smaller of course :)
-
that is awesome! :) congratulations!
-
you'll just hurt yourself if you stay.. leave that person :/ why would you want to be with someone who isn't even attracted to your body?
-
thanks for the link! might need that later :)
-
deffinitely take pics and measurements of yourself! you might not notice it and the scale might not move a lot, but I'm sure there are things happening in your body. :)
-
I'll add you! :) on the maintaining boat too :P
-
feel free to add me! :) I'm trying to maintain (or actually more like burn fat and gain muscle). been hovering for almost six months now.. :D
-
I aim for a low 20% body fat, so I guess that would be closest to the bikini model.. but I do like more muscle definition like the fitness model has :) I just don't think it's very maintainable to me.
-
I do, unless I'm out of town for a longer period (my phone app works so slowly!) :) feel free to add me (but please say something in the invite) ^^ my current streak isn't impressive at all, but that was because of my 5 day vacation.. :)
-
he has to want it himself, you can't force him.. you can always make those healthy foods and be an example, maybe he'll eat it and like it too, but that's all I'd do at this point.

I moved out at 18, I think it was too early.. but I felt like I had no choice. it sucked, I didn't have the money, but I could share the expenses .. I really wasn't prepared though. I think maybe 20 would be better, if you have a job or some savings. but if you have to move to study, then .. well it's another thing :)
-
great results! :) just look at that waist! :P
-
cool costume =)
-
wow that looks amazing :D very well done (:
-
I do :D
-
I still feel weak after 6 months at the gym :P lol.. slow progress..
-
well I did join MFP few months before the year changed, but it wasn't until after new years eve that I actually started using it and got serious :) thanks to MFP I have learned a lot about food and exercise, I joined a gym for the very first time and now I've been going to gym regularly almost 6 months! :)

whaat Jillian doesn't look anything like a man... that's silly. I wouldn't mind having her body!
-
awesome! :) that is one great success story :)
-
I'd say this is a success! :D you look awesome!
