  • I feel pain primarily in my heel and arch. It does hurt more in the morning but quickly warms up and I am able to warm barefoot but it can be painful.

  • You can eat at a fast food place, just look at the nutritional info and see what fits into you calories for the day. For example, I like the grilled chicken sandwich at McDonalds, it's 350 cals.   • My experience has been that the only way to get good at pushups is to do pushups, doing machines or bench press just doesn’t replicate it.
