I am a teacher and unfortunately I have about an hour of commuting. Mornings are not an option for me. I leave school around 4 and am able to get to the gym by 530. It has helped my workout in my planner so that I am held 'accountable'. I physically write the gym time and I stick to it.

When I logged my days of C25K, I logged the time I spent jogging/running separately from the time I spent walking. I prefer to under-estimate my calories burned...

My goals: 1. To stay focused! 2. To workout at least 5 days/week 3. To lose about 15 - 20 lbs. 4. To run a 5K and/or walk a 10K. 5. To stay smoke free (currently 3 weeks without a smoke). 6. To eat clean and limit the amount of processed foods.

This has been something that I also have been thinking about. I have been teaching for 5 years now. Lunch and being sure to drink lots of water are so hard. Teachers don't have the luxury of bathroom whenever. This past year I have been taking leftovers from my dinner the night before. It seems to work for me. Now my goal…

I am also trying to quit smoking. I have quit for three months recently but I went back to it. :( I have tried the e-cigarette that last time. It seemed to work for me. My issue now is getting back the willpower to stop with the real cigs.
