    Waves! HI. Had surgery on Tuesday and been kinda out of it. Managed to get up the Red Dress picture which is one of my end result (middle really now that I want muscles ;) so I need my brain to work before I can get my fitspiration in my brain. THEN figure out how the hell to make one :laugh:

    thats awesome but would totally scare the hell out of me (almost drown twice when I was young lol)

    Thanks, I have always loved the water! For some reason, I find being 15-20 feet below the surface peaceful. But it's not for everybody.
