5' and not sure what to expect. My gaol is to be FIT with muscle definition. I have never been a FIT 5' and my lowest weight was 110. I am guessing I should expect to weigh between 115 - 125 with a toned physique.

vodka with club soda. twist of lemon or lime. red wine. gin with diet tonic. stay away from fruit juices and heavy beers. the clear spirits have fewer calories than dark. if you are going to mix with soda - go for a diet soda.

sodium!!! add a sodium column to your diary & start tracking just how much you are eating. you will be amazed how challenging it is to keep your sodium intake down if you are eating canned, frozen, and processed foods. that is why "clean" eating is best.

i like to use balsamic vinegar with about 1T of bleu cheese crumbles. Cottage cheese mixed with balsamic vinegar is also tasty. You could even top with a few bleu cheese crumbles.

I have already manually edited my calories. Yes, I eat around 1800 cals as a result. I just wanted to know how i should look at MFP's NET calories after manually editing my calories. Thanks peeps! ;-)
