What do you refuse to take out of your diet?

Coffee, it gives me something to rotate with all the water and almost no calories.
Yeah, I probably take in more caffeine than I should (in the form of black coffee and diet Coke) but they're free calories and my eating habits are otherwise pretty healthy.0 -
Booze.
Sorry Mom :flowerforyou:0 -
No food is off limits. No food is BAD. The object is to learn moderation and stop making food a villan. Make up your mind to have a serving, log it, and work around it.0

Pizza. I eat it less often, and look for lower calorie options, but I refuse to give it up completely.
this!!0 -
chocolate!!! I eat it nearly every day. ftw0

I don't give up any food...but I do make more nutritious decisions most of the time. I refuse to give anything up altogether.0
-
COFFEE!
I cut out all carbonated beverages, beer, ice cream, and sweets. But lord help me without coffee!!0 -

Pizza!!! When I do order it, I know it's going to be an indulgence, so I just enjoy it. I can only eat up to 4 pieces though, and I'm miserable by then (granted that's about 1,200 calories!). I'm not a big meat eater, so instead of ordering pepperoni, I've been ordering cheese only, or add a topping that's lower cal like green peppers or jalapenos. I also know when I'm going to order pizza, so I eat accordingly all day so I won't go over my calories, or I'll work out more, and actually dip into my exercise calories (which I only do on the weekends if I have to).0

I have realized (after 42 years...duh!!) that I can't do without any of the stuff I really like. I have just found other ways to make them. Once I get where I want to be, I may have actual pizza or whatever but right now, I am creating lower fat, lower calorie ways to make things. Tons of websites out there to help with that too!!0

Chocolate, now its a piece or two of dark when I crave it0

I refuse to give up anything that I like.
But I especially will never give up diet sodas. Unless I want to. Which I don't...0 -
Merlot.... for now. It's my vice.0
-
I refuse to give up ANYTHING completely. I don't think we have to. All things in moderation.0
-
Chocolate and pasta!
Mmm to both of these!0 -
French Vanilla Coffee creamer. My coffee just isn't the same without it!0
-
Coffee for sure!! I am all about fitting it into my calories for the day. In fact, i think I woudl rather eat all veggies and meat just to keep my coffees! Mochas, brewed, it doesn't matter.0
-
chocolate!!! I can't live without it. Or some kind of a sweet, doughy pastry..I just need to have them once in a while.0
-
red WINE! I like to have my 2 glassed at night.0

French Vanilla Coffee creamer. My coffee just isn't the same without it!
Me too! This is the one and only place that I have not cut any corners. I still have the same number of cups and the same amount of creamer. It is however fat free so I don't feel too bad about it.0 -
Have you tried Dr. Pepper Ten. Its awesome!!!
My must have are flavored creamers for my coffee - I am a coffee junkie! I do buy the sugar-free or low-fat but they are still like 30 calories p/ serving.0 -

I haven't given anything up... just moderation and look for better calorie choices. Beer is the big thing for me. Not because of the alcohol, but I enjoy the taste. The molson 67 seems to be acceptable for the time being. :drinker:0

I eat everything I want to. 80% "healthy". The trick is portion control. :ohwell:0
-
Fat. Butter, and full-fat cheeses are staying in my fridge. And sugar, for my tea. Stevia just DOESN'T WORK.0
-
Monday thru Friday Morning Cappuccino; so good0
-
pasta0
-
Anything that I like, really. I just limit things...... I don't eat out more than once a week, etc. I'm all about portion control, logging it, and moving on.

Take aways! My family orders at LEAST 3 a week.
I can't give them up completely so I just have 1 and make sensible choices.0
