You are amazing...thank you for sharing your story! Heavy lifting has changed my life too! :-)

Haha...I pretty much collapse on the floor. Luckily, I work out at home so I am only making a fool of myself in front of my dog. :-)

This is one of the greatest journeys I've had the pleasure to read about on MFP. Thank you for sharing and inspiring! I wish you continued success and happiness and hotness!! :-)

Looking great!! Thanks for sharing your results!

Great advice!! Based on the feed back I think I'll rest for at least 5 days and do some yoga and HIIT during that time. I haven't done yoga in a while so it will be awesome to feel the strength differences in the poses!

YOU ROCK!!! One question - I am about the same height / weight as you and also transitioned from cardio 6x week to heavy lifting + HIIT about a month ago (and am already in love with it). I also now eat around 2000-2300 calories a day - question is - do you go for a certain amount of protein as part of that? A macro % or…

WOW! You don't even look like the same person. Congratulations on your successful journey, you are beautiful!

Amazing job! Happy birthday!

LOVE YOUR STORY! Congratulations on finding the journey that works for you. I started heavy lifting a month ago and love it too... getting stronger changes more than just your body!
-
Great job!! Keep it up! :-)

Amazing! Made them (TWICE) this weekend - added a few tablespoons of light vanilla soy milk to the second batch to make them a bit fluffier. Ate them with blueberries and sugar free syrup! Definitely going to be a weekend staple!

Awesome!! You are clearly several inches smaller around your waist and your hips. And those arms are looking good too! Keep us posted on future progress! I'm halfway through Stage 1 and although I'm sore ALL THE TIME, I am absolutely loving it! And have a great vacation! :-)
-
Amazing results! Keep us posted on the rest of your journey! I'm on Stage 1 Workout 4 and started out at about the same weights you did, I can't imagine ending up with those numbers! :-)

I'm in the same boat as a lot of you. I'm going from 6-7 long/intense cardio workouts a week to 3 lifting and I feel like I should be doing more!! BUT, I'm willing to trust the program's advice (at least through the first stage) and see what happens....

GREAT PROGRESS!! Congrats!

You ROCK. Awesome definition there!!
-
An incredibly beautiful story! Best of luck on your journey and thank you for being an inspiration!
-
You rock! I did 30DS with similar results. I'm in the middle of Ripped in 30 and am loving it too! I will post my 30DS and RI30 results in about 2 weeks when I finish up.

Awesome story! You look beautiful!
-
Amazing results for 1.5 months! Very inspiring and goes to show how (mostly) irrelevant that number on the scale is!
-
Absolutely. You will be sore as HELL, but once you are about 5 minutes into the work out you will be fine. I found with each level the soreness goes away after about Day 4. Good luck!

Happy Birthday and congratulations on an amazing transformation!
-
YES. And the quote rocks.
-
Um....HOT..... is all I can type right now.

Amazing results! Good luck on the rest of your journey!

Awesome! You're doing great! And photographing yourself every 30 days is a great way to stay motivated. :-)

Great job! I am on Level 3 Day 6 and am seeing similar results!
