It's probably the lack of insulation... hopefully our bodies will adjust and we won't be so sensitive to the cold!

I agree, i still havent gotten around to exercising and I've lost 44lbs just by diet alone, and by the way, MFP set me at 1540 calories based on my weight/height and activity level.

Banana 7-8 frozen strawberries blueberries or mixed berries liquid: milk, OJ or apple juice or combine

I just put in all my info in mfp and it gave me how many calories I should be eating and that has worked for me. Another option for you is to just log your calories for a week or so and see exactly how much you normally eat and then take off a few hundred per day.

I find if I skip the fries and soda and make good choices the rest of the day, I can still have a Teen burger once in a while! It's a 500 calorie burger, but a med fries is over 400! I still have fries, but I make them at home, in the oven, only 100/serving. I've also found a thin crust frozen pizza that is 300 calories…

I found the calorie amount was not attainable for me so I changed my goal to 0.5lbs/wk. That was much better and I was losing 7lbs/month when I stuck to my limits (mostly). I would…

I have actually been thinking about that lately... before I put on 50lbs I did get more attention. I found the app on my phone about a month ago... i logged for a day or two, but then when i'd have a bad day i just stopped... until last week when i checked out the website and started exploring, now i'm resolved to log every day, good or bad. yesterday i completely blew it, had twice my allotted calories and it told me…

1. Make a budget 2. track your dollars just like you'd track calories 3. check out using coupons... just don't buy stuff because you have a coupon, lol 4. see if you can reduce your cable/phone/internet etc bills 5. Go through all your stuff, you might find things you didnt know you had
