1/2 cup non fat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup 1% milk
2 cups frozen strawberries
about 12 packets of Splenda
a splash of water, just enough to get it to blend

I've shown you . . . no charge!

(Of course you can tweak the berries, sweetener, etc. to suit your preference.)

I have a Splenda problem, but every time someone warns me about the dangers of eating artificial sweeteners, I factor in the dangers of NOT eating them - I'd be fat. I don't like being fat.

I did try it, and . . . meh. I'm going to keep my Splenda problem.

(In a few years, I think we'll be awash with warnings about the dangers of Stevia, when another "more natural" product comes out.)

    Saccharin >> Equal >> Splenda >> Stevia . . . and so on.
