I make a casserole in a 8x8 dish. Spray it with pam, use 8 eggs , low fat cheese mix about a 1 cup and a half, and left over grilled chicken and any fill in veggies like mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers , onions ect. Just asking you all seem to be only concerned about sugar what about carbs ? Why not have a protein packed breakfast ? I think if this is a lifestyle change for you then everything will be fine in moderation. As someone else said do not do this daily but once a week you are fine. My personal problem with cereal is 2 hours…

I also use premier. I drink the chocolate shakes and the bars are in 3 flavors per box. You get Chocolate Crunch, Chocolate Peanut butter and a yogurt peanut one. I get mine at Sams. My nutritionist recommended these.

I take b-12 shots every 3 weeks. Now I had WLS so that is when I started taking them. My energy level is awesome. Has it helped with my weight loss ? Can't say it has or hasn't but without it I feel sluggish. I have taken the b-12 pills and do not get the same results.
