    Your story really inspires me. Thank you for sharing it. I am new on this journey and am also short - I am only 5 foot tall. My weight gain over the past 9 years (a total of 67 pounds) is in the early stages of loss. I am working out 4 days/week, but this is hard work. Thanks again for sharing.

    I was a uk size 16 (probably an 18 but wore clothes tight as i was indenial :s) before and am now an 8/10

    you go girl!! you look great. NO reason why you should be down on yourself. Maybe find other things you like to do instead of just dieting. Maybe you can go do outdoor things like hiking especially now that the weather is getting nicer!!
