i use optimum nutrition protein, i think its great but you do have to get a little over a scoop to get 31g out of it. but thats how alot of protein powders are, it just depends how hard you scoop it, if that makes sense lol

I usually track everything, but theres times where i get lazy and dont feel like looking up the food to add it in at night

No i havent taken measurements, i keep forgetting, and i dont know where i can get an accurate fat measurement taken at. Not that caliper one

What would you say is a good loss of weifght from day to day? I know it'll obviously have to be .xxx

Depending on the exercises you do, if you're lifting weights and things like that you should be getting atleast 1gram of protein per body weight. So 80 grams of protein is completely fine, having more protein helps you actually lose weight, but dont go over your body weight.
