I slow cooked some chicken in Paul Newman's Pineapple Salsa - it was delicious after we shredded it and used it for wraps and salads. 2 large breasts were gone quickly!

I love the tortilla rolled with lowfat turkey, and instead of mayo, use Lauging Cow lowfat cheese spread. The garlic flavor is yum. If you stick a little spinach in there before you roll them up your friends will see all that color and be jealous.

The only issue I see with diet sodas is that they keep you satisfied so you don't drink water, and drinking water is key to being successful. Good luck!

My husband gave me a Polar FT7. Love it! It doesn't link to MFP but it does link to polarfitness online, you can set up a training goal and track it with your polar. Get a HRM that counts calories and gives you limits. Awesome! Have fun with it!
