I'm 4'11 (ladies posting their height @ 5'4 and 5'5....you are NOT short!!). I started at 123 and my goal is between 100-105. My small frame does not carry weight well.

Go for a drink that has less calories and less sugar. My boyfriend has a Nike Fuelband and he loves it. He's a server and manager at a restaurant. Yesterday he had walked 18, 000 steps equaling about 7 miles. He always reaches his goal (he probably needs to increase it).
