Short 5 feet ladies... what is your goal weight?

5'3 and I'm around 110, trying to get fitter though because all that weight is fat, I want to replace some of it with muscle and maybe loose some fat. Yes, I'm tiny, yes I am a gladiator-dwarf. *ridiculous little dog snarl*0

I'm 5'4" and my goal weight is 130. My CW is 137 and I'm not really sure I'll be happy at 130. I want to look fit and toned - so I may actually try to get down to 125.0

I'm 5'1" and I am currently 130 (down from 160) and my goal weight is 120-130 somewhere. I would like to be under 130, but over 120.0

I am almost 5'4". with a large frame. My goal is not to be skinny.My original goal was 150. I am now 9 pounds from that goal and thinking I could be under 140 and not be too thin. Darn!!!0

5'2'' and my GW is 125lbs (though, I'm thinking about lowering it) I have a small frame and think I would look good around 120-115lbs0

I am 5 feet. My goal weight is 128. I started at 176 and now I am 134.8. 128 is suppose to be the higher range of healthy bmi. But my body fat is within normal range...so I am more concerned at this point about watching that.0

I'm 5' , I'm at 137 right now. I would like to reach 120 lbs. I was told by the YMCA people that I should weight 112 (they measured all sorts of things) but I have been 112 lbs before and I looked sick. I don't think the YMCA folks were right... I want to look healthy, not sick!0

I'm 5'0. My advice, unless you are naturally very thin, is to forget BMI and forget a goal weight. BMI is not all that relevant for individuals, and regardless of whether or not you are in the "healthy" range or have reached your "goal weight," it won't matter at all if you still aren't happy with the way you look. You're better off taking measurements and photos and judging yourself by those. I do have a goal body fat percentage (18 to 19%), and that might be a better route for you to go if you need a hard and fast number to hold on to.0

I'm 5'7 and i currently weigh 160 and my goal weight is 135. when i went to dentist 2 weeks ago according to my bmi i was about 5 pounds overweight and considered obese : ( now that i have lost 11 pounds i am currently in my range . i can not wait till i reach my goal of 135 : ( im excited !!!0

I'm 5'.. My goal wait should be 120... but I am aiming for 135 (The weight I was when my husband and I met.) I honestly felt "perfect" at that weight and my husband says my weight was perfect as well. It must be my build. In school I was always at a perfect weight and I never wore a size smaller than 4/5, it was mainly because of my butt. At 135 I wore 5/6 in pants, 4 in dresses, and S/XS is shirts... I'm happy with that.0

I'm 5'5" right now my contest prep weight (which is what it is currently) is 129lbs. When I'm off season 135-140.

Hahaha! I guess so! It all depends on where I'm at.. In my family, (and all but one friend) I am short.., I have a few acquaintances and colleges who are shorter and it feels weird to stand next to them!0 -
