4'10.5" and the BMI range says 88 to 115. I started this challenge at 139.7 and hoping to get back to 100, which is what I weighed at 40 years old. I am also top heavy 38DDD but absolutely no butt so it's hard to get the heavy cardio that I need to lose it all. Wishing everybody LUCK!

I'm 5'1, and I currently weigh 169. I was at my happiest at 120, but I would be happy around 130.

I am exact 5 feet too. I used to be 105 lbs last year and that was really good for me. but now i weigh 118 lbs. I been thru different weights in the past 6 years. from: 100 lbs / 105 lbs / 112 lbs / 115 lbs / 118 lbs/ and 127 lbs. I would say the most ideal weight for this height is between: 105 - 115 lbs.

5'1" (on a good day) and my CW is about 110lbs and I'm hoping to get down to 100-105... but since I've decided to go No Scale, I'll keep going at it until I'm satisfied with what I see in the mirror :)

I am 5'3 1/2" and currently weigh 203. My short term goal is 80 kg (176 lbs)and long term goal at 68-70 kg (150-155 lbs). :glasses:
When I reach that, maybe if I'm reeeally bold, I might even go for my ultimate-wildest-dream-goal at 63 kg or 140 lbs... :noway:

Oh forgot, my height and weight in metrics were 163,5 cm and 92 kg (now at 91,6 kg or 201.9 lbs )

When I was 27 years old, poor, starving, and anemic, I weighed 97 lbs. before becoming pregnant with my first child. Then I went from 97 to a whooping 165 lbs. in a matter of a few months before giving birth to my big baby boy. I don't remember going below 126 lbs. ever since.

I was weighted at 140 lbs. in November of last year, and I felt horrible, with aches and pains all over my body. At my height, 5'2-1/2", and my age, 48 years old, I should be around 120 lbs. (For a 27 year old, it would be around 116, according to the more realistic BMI from www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.htm )

As of this morning, I was at 129.2 lbs. This number has not changed for almost a week now, though, so I'm starting to wonder what I'm doing wrong! :noway:  :frown::grumble:

I feel this way too! My SW was 198lb and started off thinking that there is absolutely no way I'd ever see numbers like 120lb.
However, having been searching the web and finding success stories of others I am seeing that it IS possible so why shouldn't I be able to?

    I am 5ft2.

    I'm 5'3 and I want to weight 90 lbs

This weight sounds a bit extreme, be careful.

My goal weight is 140. I'm just under 5'2". BMI charts do not account for higher muscle weight. I plan on being a very fit 140. Now, if I wasn't going to be working out and gaining muscle then I'd probably say120. That is the major flaw of the BMI chart.
