^ Great advice! Good luck :)

Do what makes you feel good, maybe try out both ways and see what works best. I have my lunch around 12 pm but get to the gym/training session 6/7 pm so I have a good snack before hand, then a late dinner when I get home 8/9 pm.

My gym is 12 miles away, but totally worth it!

^This! My BMR is 1130, but I'm an active little fiend so can actually tuck away quite a lot. Dread to think what would happen if I stopped exercising....

What I like at the moment is greek yogurt with grape nuts, banana and honey or overnight oats made with almond milk then topped with banana and honey. Both keep me satisfied until lunchtime and they are delicious.

Oh how annoying! I'd recommend a snack before bed, my favourite is yogurt with cereal and fruit, whatever floats your boat... Good luck!

You are not alone! I'm out the door 4.45 to 5 AM to get my running in before work :)

I never finish anything completely, I always have to leave a corner of a sandwich, pizza, a spoonful of soup etc. Been doing that since I was a toddler. No idea why.

My favourite snack is an apple sliced up and drizzled with 1 tbsp almond butter - divine and keeps the hunger monster at bay for a couple of hours!

Exercise, exercise, exercise - I was exactly the same, now I hit the gym and I feel like a million dollars. Best stress buster ever. I've just come back from a 25 km bike ride. Do it. :)

I cook steel cut oats with water, then drizzle honey, add sliced banana and almonds. So good. Some great ideas on this thread, will have fun working through them!
