After much trial and error, I have finally discovered my favorite overnight oats recipe! Not too thick, not too thin, just perfect I'm wondering how you all make your, too!
1/2 C yogurt
Whole Soy & Co unsweetened/plain Soy yogurt (I like it better than Greek yogurt for this)
1/3 C oats
Coaches Oats
1 t. chia seeds
2 strawberries
2 Splenda
1 T PB2
Combine oats, strawberries and 1/2 C of water in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for one minute. Stir in the yogurt, chia seeds, and Splenda. Cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, top with DRY PB2.
And that's how I like my overnight oats!

I love this Eat Clean recipe:
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 cup 3-5 min oats
1 cup low fat yogurt
1/3 cup raisins
1/4 dried cranberries
2 T natural bran
2 T wheat germ
2 T coarsely ground flax seed
2 T oat bran
2T organic honey( I omit this)
1 apple , unpeeled, cored and diced
3 bananas, peeled and sliced(added as topping, optional)
This makes 4 one cup servings, I guess this isn't a true overnight oatmeal. I make it night before and have it in the morning.
I pour hot water over oats, and let it sit 20 mins. I add remaining ingredients and cover and it keeps refridgerated for up to 3 days. This is my go to breakfast when I know I am rushed the following morning. If eating right before the gym I add Protein powder to the mix.

LOVE overnight oats. OhSheGlows has quite a few great recipes, and you simply combine the ingredients in a bowl, refrigerate & enjoy the next morning. I love that they are far chewier since they didn't really cook, just soaked up the liquid. & you can pretty much wing it as far as recipes are concerned.0

Oats are calorie dense.
Better to log your consumption in grams than cups.0 -
