Thanks everyone. When I mentioned "bad" foods I just meant not as healthy as I would like. I do some form of exercise about 6 days a week now I need to stock up on healthy snacks such as nuts to try to balance things out. Thanks again.

MFP have my goal set at 1320 and on most days I find it hard to eat all of that without eating "bad" foods. I'm normally close to my goal before I work out.

My scale just arrived today and I'm so excited. I never thought about taking it with me to a restaurant. I just asked my husband if he would be embarrassed and he said no. Thanks for the great idea. I might just buy another one strictly for on the go lol.

For the past few years we play Just Dance on Christmas. That's my workout. Oh and I made cookies for my neighbors and I only ate one. Yay me lol.

I try to get all of my calories in for the day. If I'm busy I don't think about eating so when I finally sit down to eat I try to keep it healthy but in turn I end up eating too few calories. I'm 5'11 and my current weight is 238lbs and my goal weight is 165. The smallest I've been as an adult was 143. looking back I think I looked too thin so 165 put me at a healthy weight while allowing me to keep a few curves.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I too have to completely strip down before I step on. I have even removed it from my bathroom in the past. Now I try to just weigh myself as soon as I wake up.
