As someone who was not so smart in my younger years and loved the tanning bed do not go. Use the spray or go pale. I have had several spots removed and was told from the location it was most likely from where my skin touch the beds most frequently (pressure points). Stay pale and safe.

Bump Put in a side note the reason a lot of people are having trouble finding can pumpkin is due to shortage in pumpkins used for food due to weather issues we have had in pumpkin growing areas. So if you can find canned pumpkin stock up before the holidays or you maybe out of luck.
