Clearly I have not been committed I just logged on to another site similar to myfitnesspal. The last weight I logged on 12/30/10 was 150.8. I have gone back and forth between 145-150.1 since. 3 Day cleanse
I am doing a 3 day cleanse using 64 oz of fruit and veggies and dinner can be lean protein with more veggies My question is when I enter it into the food diary it only comes to 800 calories for the day. Should I worry since it is only for 3 days? Thanks in advance.

Last 10lbs. GRRRR
I need help. I can not lose the last 10lbs. I know the last few weeks is because of poor choices but I have been on the 10lb sea saw for several months. I usually eat 1300 calories a day and try for 30 min of some exercise. Amy suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

Office Snacks
Ok everyone I need help. My co-workers are under a lot of stress and they keep bringing in junk to eat. Four of us are working really hard to watch what we eat. To Run or Not to Run?
Ok I am very frustrated at the moment. I have been having lower back problems. While waiting for an MRI and the results my dr told me to hold off on running and daily exercise.
