Grrr!!

Clearly I have not been committed I just logged on to another site similar to myfitnesspal. The last weight I logged on 12/30/10 was 150.8. I have gone back and forth between 145-150.1 since. My goal has been 140 but I never been able to get there. I get frustrated have one cheat day and start a downward spiral pick myself back up and start again only to downward spiral. I think I need to spend today thinking how I truly can reach and keep my goal weight and health lifestyle. Any suggestions would be great. I know one issue you I need to address is my night eating which usually consist of something full of sugar or salt.
