Which would mean you'd be at 1500 cal by the time you go to bed. I think if I eat 2600 and burn 500 I'll make a nice deficit of 900.

I put on myfitnesspalpal that I want to lose 2lbs a week and that I workout everyday. Is it a good idea to stay between 2000 and 2600?

I went to another site to calculate my BMR and it gave me that number which conflicts with this site now that I look at it in hindsight. I was just wondering what exactly is a calorie deficit? Also where I can go to calculate how many calories are burned being sedentary.
